Dena Conklin joined Frank Lowe in early 2025, bringing with her a positive attitude and a passion for people. As the Administrative & HR Assistant, she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting the team with everything from onboarding to day-to-day administration.

Outside of work, Dena loves spending time with her husband, their dog, and her extended circle of family and friends. She finds joy in boating, relaxing with her growing collection of houseplants, and dreaming of future travels to faraway places like Bora Bora or the Maldives.

Inspired by the message of compassion in The Blind Side, Dena believes in the power of kindness, resilience, and personal growth. Her favorite piece of advice? "Be hopeful, stay positive, and grow through what you go through." It’s a mantra that guides her through each day—at work and beyond.
