Die Cut Materials for Every Application

The strength, resilience, and specialized performance characteristics of our elastomeric and other compressible nonmetallic materials ensure sealing and protective solutions that stand up to every type of pressure:

Clear Plastic

Firm, flexible transparent material available in stripping or custom die cut, plain or adhesive backed in thicknesses ranging from 0.040 – 0.250".

Static Backing

This amazing foam can be supplied as the backing on cork, foam or felt or any other substrate of your choice. Adhesive free, it 'sticks' to glass and other smooth surfaces then removes cleanly leaving no residue at all!

Closed Cell Sponge

Tried and true gasketing material, closed cell sponge is available in different compounds determined by the properties desired in your application be it chemical resistance, temperature exposure, vibration damping, all of the above and more!

Cork

Nature's miracle material: buoyant, water resistant, compression resistant, insulating, durable. It can be supplied in stripping or custom die cut, plain or adhesive backed.

Cork & Rubber

Cork combined with the specific properties of rubbers to suit your gasketing, anti–skid or surface protection needs. It can be supplied in stripping or custom die cut, plain or adhesive backed.

Diaphragm

Diaphragm materials combine the specific properies of the rubber compound of your choice with fabric reinforcement for extra strength and dimensional stability in demanding gasketing applications.

Electrical Insulating

Isolate electrical current, static electricity and heat in motors, transformers and electronic components. A great variety of shielding materials are available to suit your performance requirements.

Felt

Felt is available in both decorative and industrial grades for surface protection, wicking and many gasketing applications. It can be supplied in stripping or custom die cut, plain or adhesive backed.

Glazing Tape

AAMA approved glazing tape is available in 1/32, 1/16 & 1/8 thicknesses, black or white on a blue poly liner. Our rolls are longer than industry standards for greater efficiency.

Mounting Tape

Double sided sticky foam, black or white is used for mounting signs, part assembly and general fabrication applications. This is commonly supplied as squares or custom die–cut to match your part.

Neoprene

Solid Neoprene rubber is renowned for it's resistence to oils. Available in thicknesses ranging from 0.007 – 2.00" and hardness from 20 – 100 Durometer, let us help determine the right material for your application!

Neorebond

Post consumer and post industrial rubber sponge scrap is compressed and formed into a sheet material suitabe for surface protection, anti–skid applications, cushioning and more. It's commonly available with removable adhesive backing when used as custom die cut protective packaging.

Open Cell Sponge

Open cell sponge – commonly seen on the underside of mouse pads – has great resistence to compression set and is a star when it comes to anti–skid applications.

Red Rubber

Red Rubber, 75 durometer is commonly used for low pressure water pump flange gaskets, washers and other applications with moderate temperature and chemical exposures.

Silicone Solid

Solid silicone is the choice for high temperature gasketing up to 450° F. It can remain flexible down to –60°.

Silicone Sponge

Silicone sponge combines broad temperature resistance with conformability.

3M VHB Tape

3M VHB tape has revolutioned industrial assembly functions. Many mechanical fasteners can be replaced with this amazing tape resulting in longer use between service intervals, lower labor costs and a neater appearance.

Vegetable Fibre

Amazing flexibility and strength, it's typically used for thin gauge flange gaskets with equipment involving fluids other than water.

Vinyl Sponge

Available in thicknesses ranging from 1/16" to 3/4", in several densities, this is commonly used for sealing irregular surfaces, often in the HVAC and related indutries. Custom colors are available.

XLINK Polyethylene

We love this foam, available in densities ranging form 1.7 pcf up to 20 pcf, in any thickness up to 3", adhesive backed, plain or with adhesive on two sides, this is often the cost–efective solution for ambient temperature air & water sealing needs. Many colors are available"

Mylar

Specialty films can be used to add strength to another material, provide pizzazz to a design or any number of other uses depending upon the film chosen.

Prism

Reflective

Low Compression Set Urethane

Urethane is renowned for its resistance to compression set while offering great abrasion resistance. Availible in soft or firm sponge, or solid in a broad ranges of hardnesses, this material is compatible with many adhesives.

Low Compression Set Vinyl

Lower cost Vinyl foams can be formulated to resist compression set while still exhibiting their great conformability.

Ester

Open Cell foam great for cushioning and gap fill with better color stability than polyether.

Ether

Open cell foam great for cushioning and gap fill with better tolerance of moisture than polyester.

Hi-Density

The tough choice in a closed cell material, it's often the basis in double ciatedhigh stress monting applications such as for automotive trim.

Reticulated

Moisture and air flow freely through this porous foam.

Extruded

Long continuous profiles can be supplied in rolls, reels or cut to length. Available in rubber, rubber sponge and rigid and flexioble plastics.

Die Cut 

If you can draw it, we can cut it, and if you just have a sample or prototype to fit, we can work from that as well. Short or long runs, we have the right material and equipement for all of your die–cut parts requirements.

Urethane

Urethane is renowned for its abrasion resistance. Amongst an array of soft or firm adhesive backed urethanes, we feature Low–skid, a high density urethane with a special surface coating rendering a high co–eficient of friction.

Sand Paper

Adhesive backed paper with grit particles makes an effecive anti–skid aid in outdoor or heavily trafficked areas.

Vinyl

More anti–scratch than anti–skid, this material prevents marring when articles are dragged across sensitive surfaces.

Embossed

Remember those bathtub appliques form the '70's? Well this material retains its usefulness all over your facility, on foot–operated equipment or in communal residences.

Matting

Rubber and Vinyl matting is available with a variety of surface textures and in varying thickness. Adhesive can be added to the back and the material custom die cut into anything from the smallest feet for a desk–top accessory to an industrial washing machine.

Volextra

Cost effective super–grippiness. A foam material is given an embossed surface and a coating of high friction film. Often supplied adhesive backed, It can be supplied in stripping or custom die cut. Charcoal color.
