This position requires both a hands-on and strategic approach to evaluate and optimize department operations. You will lead the shipping team, implement continuous improvements, and drive operational excellence to enhance customer satisfaction and advance overall company goals.
All factory and warehouse positions involve the use of measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, and durometers. Basic math skills and familiarity with units of measurement is required. Candidates must be able to follow written and oral instructions presented in English. Lifting 70 lb. is required.
