Meet Ava Negron, the dedicated Manufacturing Support Specialist at Frank Lowe. With nearly two years at the company, Ava has been instrumental in providing essential support and expertise to the die-cutting and manufacturing processes. As a valued member of the team, Ava helps turn ideas into tangible products, something she finds immensely rewarding.

Ava's journey into the manufacturing industry began with the inspiration of her grandfather, a skilled machinist who opened a machine shop on Long Island after World War II. He instilled in Ava a love for innovation and an eagerness to improve her surroundings, which led her to pursue a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology at Farmingdale State College. Today, she uses that passion and drive to contribute to the success of Frank Lowe.

When Ava isn't working to create innovative die-cut solutions, she enjoys spending her free time immersed in outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, and swimming are just a few of the ways she stays active and connected to nature. These hobbies not only provide her with an opportunity to unwind, but they also fuel her creativity and problem-solving skills back in the workplace.

Travel is another passion for Ava, and Italy sits at the top of her travel bucket list. She dreams of experiencing Italy's rich history and indulging in its world-renowned cuisine firsthand. Whether she's exploring the manufacturing world or embarking on new adventures, Ava's enthusiasm and determination make her an invaluable asset to the Frank Lowe team.
