TEAM Member: Penni Niles

Introducing Penni Niles, the enthusiastic HR & Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable Assistant who joined the Frank Lowe family just four months ago. Even in such a short period, Penni has accomplished a significant achievement by mastering five web-based software programs and an in-house Manufacturing & “A/R” software. She’s adeptly used these tools for diverse tasks, such as tracking attendance, processing payroll, handling daily cash receipts, and aiding the recruitment process. Penni is deeply grateful for her Frank Lowe colleagues who’ve been instrumental in her onboarding and especially appreciates the guidance from Pat Edwards who recently retired.

Outside the confines of work, Penni is passionate about yoga and meditation, not only practicing but also teaching these arts to others. She finds profound joy in guiding others on their wellness journey, especially cancer survivors, their caregivers, and those who might be deterred by misconceptions of extreme fitness. Penni considers it an immense privilege to serve this community, drawing fulfillment from seeing the rejuvenated energy and renewed hope in the individuals she assists.

For Penni, a healthy work-life balance is paramount. She emphasizes the importance of dedicating time for oneself daily, whether through a short, mindful walk or connecting with loved ones, even if it's just for a brief moment. Specifically, she cherishes the time she spends with her busy 18-year-old son, asserting that being present for our loved ones is essential both for them and for our own well-being.

When asked about the company culture at Frank Lowe, Penni praises the camaraderie and team spirit exuded by her colleagues. She believes in presenting her authentic self every day and doing her best to pitch in to the team. Penni greatly appreciates the kindness and assistance she has received from her co-workers as she finds her footing in her new role.
