The team of engineers and product specialists at Frank Lowe will work with you to inspire you to think outside of the box. If you been doing something for years, we'll help you consider new possibilities with a hyper focus on creating efficiencies and finding ways to save money throughout your processes. Some of the most common objectives we've been able to accomplish include:
While the most obvious reason for using custom packaging is to protect the product during shipping, our solutions have also worked to help save our customers money. For example, one of our customers who manufactured artistic vases came to us to discover a new packaging solution.
They originally used several different types of boxes with varying depths. Each vas had to be hand wrapped through manual labor and individually packed.
We created die-cut inserts, multi-depth boxes as well as the die cut foam pads for effectively filling empty space. This innovative but simple addition allowed the manufacturer to bypass the hand-wrapping process entirely, which saved workers countless hours.
With our solution, they were able to simply secure each vas into the pre-cut section, which was the same on the bottom and top. The foam conformed to meet the needs of each unique vas, and any additional pockets of space was filled with our pads. The boxes were finally sealed at the necessary depth.
By helping our customer explore, pursue, and create; we were able to reduce labor costs and packing materials. The customer continues to save thousands of dollars in labor pack out time and wrapping materials. As the premier die cutting company, we used our expertise to reduce their SKUs with custom die cut pads and multi-depth custom packaging. Most importantly, our innovation minimized the amount of breakage that occurred during shipping.
When we create a custom packaging solution, one of the most important goals is to reduce the cost of shipping. We'll use a variety of packaging solutions that lead to lower delivery costs and cost efficiency, which will create several significant savings over the course of the year.
In either case, Frank Lowe will work with you to find and create the most affordable and practical solutions for your packing and shipping needs. We are a full-service custom manufacturer with the ability to use different types of foam, cork, rubber, and sponge materials to ensure your products arrive to its final destination as intended.
We always go the extra mile to ensure all of our products are manufactured to your exact expectations with consideration to your budgetary needs. One of the ways we achieve this is by combining all of your purchase orders and products in our system. Then, we can combine them to systematically ship at the same time to ensure efficiency and deliver the lowest cost of freight.
At Frank Lowe, we've worked with manufacturers of all sizes. Regardless of the scope or size of your project, we'll help you explore, pursue, and create the best custom packaging solution. In the process, we will always work to help you achieve your goals through the lowest cost method.
