They originally used several different types of boxes with varying depths. Each vas had to be hand wrapped through manual labor and individually packed.

We created die-cut inserts, multi-depth boxes as well as the die cut foam pads for effectively filling empty space. This innovative but simple addition allowed the manufacturer to bypass the hand-wrapping process entirely, which saved workers countless hours.
With our solution, they were able to simply secure each vas into the pre-cut section, which was the same on the bottom and top. The foam conformed to meet the needs of each unique vas, and any additional pockets of space was filled with our pads. The boxes were finally sealed at the necessary depth.
By helping our customer explore, pursue, and create; we were able to reduce labor costs and packing materials. The customer continues to save thousands of dollars in labor pack out time and wrapping materials.
