Recently, we sat down with Robert Varela – Founding Partner, Plant Manager, VP of Operations, and more — for a brief Q&A session about their business and how Frank Lowe has been a valuable partner for growth. A: “We’re a custom glass fabricator and glazing company. We create a wide range of custom glass products, including:
A: “Being a custom fabricator, we create a lot of custom glass, so we go through a significant number of glass separator pads. Frank Lowe has been a valuable partner in providing these separator pads to us with the highest level of efficacy.”
A: “While glass separator pads are relatively standard in the industry, Frank Lowe has helped us think outside of the box. For example, they have helped us with specialty products like their FLowe Magic Pads.
FLowe Magic Pads are a dense material offering a Magic bite. There’s no adhesive on the pad, so there are no chance of delaminating. In addition, Magic Pads leave no adhesive residue.
FLowe Magic Pads have saved us a lot of time and made many of our our processes easier. Originally, we didn’t know about the FLowe Magic Pads, but Frank Lowe helped us explore new options, pursue them by understanding the cost-benefit analysis of the pads, and create efficiencies within our processes. Today, the FLowe Magic Pads are invaluable to our business.”
A: "John is my dedicated service contact, and he is excellent. Instead of being an external vendor, I feel like they are active partners in my business — acting as if they're tied to our success. I like the fact I have a single point of contact, and John has taken the time to get to know our business. He proactively sends me emails to remind me when it’s time of order.

A: “We originally started ordering with Frank Lowe back in 2010. Our first order was probably 700,000 little separator pads — which may or may not seem like a lot. Today, our ordering has grown to perhaps 2, 4, or 5 million pads a month. Even though our ordering volume has changed, Frank Lowe’s stellar service and attentiveness to our needs has remained the same.
Even though we’ve never met John because I am in Dallas and he is up there in New York — I feel like we're friends. They’ve helped me quite a bit, and I encourage anyone to partner with them. Their business model seems like a well-run machine."
