At Frank Lowe, Family Extends Beyond the Home

The corporate world often speaks of benchmarks, targets, and achievements. But at Frank Lowe, we believe the true metric of success lies in the bonds we forge, both externally with our valued clientele and internally with the individuals who breathe life into our operations every single day.

Here’s a window into our ethos through the words of a dedicated member of our family:

“For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of being a part of the Frank Lowe legacy. While our commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service has always been at the forefront, it’s the sense of belonging and camaraderie here that stands out. From the very first day, every new team member is welcomed into the fold, understanding our foundational values firsthand in intimate sessions with our President, Brian Atkin. Words like ‘Can Do Spirit’, ‘Positive Attitude’, and ‘Dedication to Customer Service’ are not just painted on our walls but are the very principles we live by. And the generous perks and benefits? That’s just our way of saying thank you for being a part of our journey.” – Pat Edwards

At Frank Lowe, we believe it’s all personal. Business metrics aside, our true success is measured by the smiles of our team, the comfort in knowing you’re amongst family, and the knowledge that every individual, regardless of their role, is the backbone of our operations. It’s this shared sense of purpose and dedication that ensures our reputation as leaders in customer satisfaction extends seamlessly into every facet of our company culture.
